At April Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, so we offer returns on all unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all tags and protective wrapping intact.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused skateboard decks, hardware, or apparel in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear to ensure it hasn't been skated or gripped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
